Earlier this year, I discussed the terrifying rise of Gov. Kristi Noem of South Dakota, who, at the time, was on Trump’s VP shortlist. Now that she’s shot her political career dead in a gravel pit, let’s consider a GOP star who’s still in the running for veep: Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York.
To my knowledge, Stefanik has never killed a puppy. That’s the best thing I can say about her.
