A treasure for sure! I addition to his numerous other accolades -- in 2008, Time magazine named him one of the Ten Best Cabinet Members of the century; in the same year The Wall Street Journal placed him sixth on its list of Most Influential Business Thinkers (Wikipedia).

He is ALL the good things humans are capable of being. The list of his talents, virtues, and contributions could go on for pages, but in this moment I so appreciate that he is an honorable man, an infinitely dignified, principled man. All praise the Professor! 🥂

Andy, a wonderful conversation with Robert Reich. I had just finished reading about the new restrictions on reporters covering the Department of Defense or is it the War Department?

We are in the midst of wars against Freedom of Speech, Immigration, Education, Health...against the Palestinians, the Ukrainians...and the American People. Then along you came with Robert Reich. Two human beings who work very hard on behalf of us, the people, with your knowledge, experience, wisdom and humor.

Thank you, Andy, and thank you Robert.

I already bought the book and want to make time to read it! I'm seeing him in San Francisco on November 4 as I am cruising to California with The Nation magazine.

On another subject...and many of you may read Joyce Vance... There is an opportunity for a "paper clip protest" instigated just now by E.Jean Caroll and shared by Joyce... In occupied (by Hitler) Norway teachers, students, scientists, artists, wore paperclips on their collars (pockets, ties, caps, whatever!) to signal opposition to the Nazi occupation. WAY better than a MAGA hat, and even more powerful... We invite YOU to do this! We KNOW you have a paperclip. Please JOIN US in solidrity! NOW! And please share this however you do. THANKS! -Sandi

Really enjoyed this one!

Being an avid Bernie supporter, it was good to hear Robert Reich is, too.

When are Democratic politicians going to start stating loud and clear that Trump is continually violating the oath he took to support the Constitution and the politician who doesn't support the Constitution cannot call themselves an American. But instead it's crickets from the Democrats about his oath and violations. Only people like Andy call him out.

I watch Reich's podcast, which has a clear, non-yelling presentation of politics. It is a great one to watch for current politics.
